Recipe for Tex Mex Deviled Eggs
Ingredients

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (1 oz)

6 hard-boiled eggs (peeled)

1 tsp prepared mustard

1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

1 tbsp diced green onion

1/2 tsp salt

1 small serrano peppers or 1 small jalapeno pepper (seeded & finely chopped)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

chili powder

Preparation Method

Cut eggs in half crosswise then carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks & stir in green onions , fresh cilantro, mustard, salt, mayonnaise & serrano peppers or 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded & finely chopped. Spoon into egg whites. Sprinkle with cheese & chili powder. Cover& chill.
