1 cup Yellow Corn Meal
1 cup Flour
1/3 cup Sugar
1 Tbs Baking Powder
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 cup Milk
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1 Egg (Lightly beaten)
Pre-Heat Oven 400
Grease 8 inch square pan
Combine all DRY ingredients in one bowl.
Combine milk, egg and oil in another bowl.
Pour wet mixture into dry ingredient bowl and mixed till blended.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares. Butter and add your favorite syrup.
