Chicken - 1 kg (cut into small pieces)
Dried Fenugreek - 2-3T
Hung Curd - 1 1/2 cups
Onions - 2 big (grated)
Tomato - 1 big (grated)
Ginger/Garlic paste - 6T
Salt - to taste
Red chilli powder - 1/2t
turmeric - 2T
all spice - 1t
Oil - 2T
Marinate the chicken in 3T of ginger garlic paste for 5 minutes followed by hung curd and let it set for about 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok and add grated onions and rest of the ginger/garlic paste. Stir well.
Add grated tomato followed by salt and all the spices except the fenugreek leaves. Stir well.
Add marinated chicken along with the marinade and cook for 15 minutes.
Add dried fenugreek leaves and cook for further 5 minutes or till tender. Serve Hot!
