1 pound Ground beef, 20% fat
½ pound Ground lamb
2 Onions, red or yellow, finely minced
½ bunch Parsley, finely chopped
2 teaspoons 7-Spice *
1-2 teaspoons Salt, to taste
dash Cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon finely ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground ginger

1. Finely chop or mince onions in a food processor. Strain out excess liquid.
2. Finely chop parsley, removing stems.
3. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Shape into patties or form onto kebab skewers.
4. Grill on medium heat for 10-15 minutes - do not overcook! Serve with pita bread, hummus and tabbouleh.
