Milk - 1 litre
sugar - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 20 gram
Vinegar or lemon juice - 2 tsp
First boil half of the milk,when it boils add lemon juice.The milk will split immediately.then filter the milk and your panner is ready.you can refer
"http://marudhukitchen.com/www/How to make homade paneer"from my blog .Boil rest of the milk in heavy bottomed vessel and when it starts boiling add sugar.When it comes to condensed milk consistency add ghee little by little.When ghee separates transfer the content to a bowl .Now cover the bowl aluminium foil and leave it for 2-3 hours ,then cut into slices and serve.
