1 package skinless chicken thighs (8)
2 cups barley
2 whole lemons
1 small bunch of parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Boil water and add barley for stipulated time (about 20 minutes)until cooked.
Wash chicken thighs with water, and then let sit in lemon juice for 5 minutes.
Then, remove from lemon juice, add salt and pepper, and then grill slowly 15 minutes each side
(I use a grill press so it cooks on both sides at the same time)
Be sure to check that the chicken is fully cooked. Then serve quickly, with barley and crescent.
