Recipe for Fruity Berry Avalanche!

1 Pound Cake or Angel Food Cake

(store bought)

Fresh Mixed Berries of all sorts.

You can add some jar peaches, kiwi, mango (optional)

Jar of lemon curd

8 oz light cream cheese

pudding mix - your choice

whipped cream

Preparation Method

Cut a store-bought angel food

(or pound cake) into layers~

a jar of lemon curd and 8 oz. of light cream cheese

~ but you can layer pudding (vanilla, lemon, banana),

whipped cream, or a combination. . .

Add berries of choice or fruit in season~
