12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup dark rum (Meyers Original Dark Rum)
6 TBSP Light Corn Syrup (Karo)
4 cups crushed Vanilla Waffers
2 cups ground Walnuts
First ground all walnuts and set aside.
Melt chocolate in a sauce pan on low heat.
Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, rum and syrup.
Fold in vanilla waffers and nuts.
Shape into 1 inch ball.
Roll in sugar.
Store in tight container.
