1 ½ teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Combine paprika, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a sealable plastic bag; shake to mix. Add shrimp and shake to coat.
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Cook and stir shrimp in oil until they are bright pink on the outside, about 4 minutes.
